First and foremost, the artist has the right to refuse any requests or art trades. If she is not comfortable with the request, we will not accept the request.

Second, in terms of payment, we will ask for 50% payment upfront if its a one-off project (requesting one piece only). If its a long-term project or multiple pieces are requested, we would then ask for 25% payment upfront. In the event the commissioner wishes to revise the artwork, once more than three revisions are done, additional charges would be charged.

Third, if any artwork is used for commercial work, the artist must be credited. Further discussion about pricing will be discussed if artwork will be massed reproduced.
